ATS Specialists quarterly review 2007

Recently was signed between I.S.A and ATS Memorandum of Understanding by completing strategic partnerships.

I.S.A – The Israeli Security Academy is an international academy which establishes and trains security and law enforcement units on different scales and levels I.S.A. plans and sets up security systems for installations and V.I.P. These Systems are planned for Governments installations as well as individuals

ATS and I.S.A. Team conveyed first course to command from state in East Asia.
ATS and I.S.A. projected in January- February 2008 to guide a special course to special guard of presidency from big state in East Asia.

ATS team has finished conducting a preliminary feasibility survey for the border crossing terminal between two Middle Eastern countries.
 
Size of project projected revenues 200 million U.S. Dollar.
To this project two of the companies Safeguard Group and ATS Specialists set up partnership.
 
The project realization and operation in accordance with the BOT format 
We have approval to financing of the project by 2 international banks in the AAA degree

ATS has signed a security consulting agreement with power plants in Israel
A consulting agreement was signed on July 05, 2007 between E.R. Ltd. and ATS.
The investment cost of this project is estimated to be 250 million dollars. According to the agreement a regional company will supply the raw materials and the local government will acquire the electricity.
Financing has been arranged for the project.
ATS will receive $550K a year for 15 years of the projects, for, security system, security consultation, and security management of the station.
Risk management services it should be noted that this is the first power station to be built out of a 5 power station program and an option for establishing the extra stations exists in the agreement.

The company owner of goldmines in Ecuador, Financing has been arranged for the project.

ATS SPECIALISTS QUARTERLY REVIEW 2007

 The next Quarter 2007 May-August ATS will broaden its activities in the global market and presently on going negotiations in Thailand with Governmental and Privet entities.
 Management is expanding Risk Management security activities with regard to Educational Institutions and an area which ATS has experience in ISRAEL.
 Safeguard Group is a leading Homeland Security Company that brings extensive expertise in The field of Homeland Security, Institutional and Governmental facilities focusing on Homeland Security in Thailand.
We believe the Memorandum of Understanding will be signed shortly between our two companies and further information will be announced at that time.
 
 ATS is presently negotiating First American Bank and Barclays Bank to obtain open of   credit lines up to $50mm for future ATS activities and ATS is optimistic about obtaining same.

ATS and Stelmar Ltd. have signed a consulting agreement for the establishment of a power plant
A consulting agreement was signed on January 15, 2007 between STELMAR Ltd. and ATS.
STELMAR has developed a technology and equipment with the ability to materially reduce airborne pollutants and produce significant amounts of electricity.
The areas in which power plants are to be built have a population of approximately 9 million. The investment cost of this project is estimated to be 350 million dollars. For risk management surveys and consultation services ATS is to receive 1
million dollar a year for 20     years from the project. (*)
 
 
ATS team has finished conducting a preliminary feasibility survey in Thailand
A team representing ATS has finished conducting a preliminary feasibility survey which was ordered by the Thailand authority, to promote institutes and governmental facilities security in Thailand. The team's risk assessment will be completed and delivered to the Thailand authorities within two weeks. After the survey is completed and delivered, ATS expects to receive a work order for the laying out of the infrastructure. Once the agreement is signed further details will be published. (*)


ATS negotiation team has returned from Ecuador
An ATS team has returned from Ecudor last week after conducting a requested preliminary survey. The purpose of the survey was to check out the conditions for the establishment of an autonomic security systems for facilities and infrastructure. We expect an agreement to be signed in two weeks and details will be published accordingly. (*)


ATS team negotiating in the Persian Gulf
A team representing ATS has been invited to one of the Persian Gulf countries and is now negotiating the establishment of a joint partnership with a local cooperation which is presently engaged in the oil and gas business and seeking to expand into sea-ports and other facilities security. (*)

ATS Names Dr. Anan Buranavanich as a Member of the Advisory Board.ATS Specialists Inc today announced the appointment of Dr. Anan Buranavanich to  the company's as a Member of the Advisory Board. According to D.J. Greenberg, CEO of ATS Specialists, Dr. Anan Buranavanich brings extensive expertise in the field of enterprise development projects in eastern Asia focusing in the Homeland Security.
The eastern Asia's alignment will act from ATS office in Bangkok Thailand and concentrate all of the companies' activities in Thailand, India and China.
 Through Dr. Buranavanich’s diverse career in risk management, finance and operations, he brings a wealth of governance, operations and project management experience.  Dr. Anan Buranavanich has been involved with ATS for some time in an advisory capacity, and it's a pleasure to have him become the Chairman of the advisory board to assist the company in delivering on its exciting potential in eastern Asia.
Within the frame of the company's activities in these countries we shall concentrate on the areas of Homeland Security, risk management and risk survey.
Within the next few weeks, our CEO and team are expected to enter into contracts with private and government organizations which they are now negotiating with and are near the final stages.
 In the past, Dr. Anan Buranavanich served as a member of the Thai Parliament on several occasions and as a member of the Thai Government.
Dr. Buranavanich also has extensive business and political connections in India that he acquired during the years he was acting as an official in the Thai Government(*).

ATS Names John R. Sullivan as a Member of the Advisory Board.
ATS Specialists inc   today announced the appointment of John R. Sullivan  to the company's  as a Member of the Advisory Board. According to D.J. Greenberg,   CEO of ATS Specialists,    Mr.  John R. Sullivan   brings extensive expertise in the field of enterprise development projects focusing in the Homeland Security and   alternative   energy  projects .

Mr.  John R. Sullivan will start in January 2007.

Career Accomplishments

         Established the management framework for the newly established Office of the Under Secretary for Energy, Science and Environment at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

         Created a new business management paradigm for DOE=s Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Programs that saved millions of dollars in operational efficiencies and was recognized for excellence by the National Association of Public Administration.

         Directed the development of the first Department of Energy-wide Strategic Plan.

         Created the Secretary=s Performance Agreement with the President to establish accountability for strategic results, an innovation recognized by the National Performance Review as best in class.

ATS and IPWG Ltd. have signed a consulting agreement for the establishment of a power plants in Russia and Georgia
A consulting agreement was signed on June 22, 2006 between IPWG Ltd. and ATS.
IPWG – a group established in 1998 that works with varied R&D groups, has developed a technology and equipment with the ability to materially reduce airborne pollutants and produce significant amounts of electricity.
The areas in which power plants are to be built have a population of approximately 19 million. The investment cost of this project is estimated to be 250 million dollars. For risk management surveys and consultation services ATS is to receive 1.5% of the projects value. The agreement refers to 5 future power station construction in the next three years. (*)

 

ATS signs Term Sheet agreement with medical equipment company - MST
ATS management has conducted several productive meetings with MST CEO Mr. Giora Bernat and Company's Board of Directors representatives in order to promote ATS investment management in the company.
MST - Medical Smart Tools, a young, dynamic company was founded with a mission to develop advanced visualization-guided technology solutions that improve laparoscopic surgical procedures and medical staff effectiveness, thus increasing hospital efficiencies, reducing surgical costs, and improving patient outcomes.
A term sheet has just been signed between the two companies. According to the agreement, ATS will manage investments for MST and ATS representative will be a member MST Board of Directors.

A team representing ATS has finished conducting a preliminary feasibility survey which was ordered by the Slovenian government, to promote institutes and governmental facilities security in Slovenia. The team's risk assessment will be completed and delivered to the Slovenian authorities within two weeks. ATS Specialists opens executive office in Israel
ATS Specialists today announced the opening of a new Executive Office at 52 Begin Road Tel-Aviv, Israel.
Daniel Greenberg, CEO of ATS, stated "ATS's major business involves homeland security technology and Israel today is a leading center in such research and development. ATS needed larger Executive Offices and needed to establish representation in Israel for a number of projects presently being worked on."

ATS UK has entered a joint-venture relationship with Swiss financing company Vuillen Marketing Ltd.
A preliminary agreement has been signed between ATS and Vuillen marketing Ltd. In this upcoming project in the Energy field, ATS will provide risk assessments and risk management for Vuillen in her new energy project in Jordan. The project should be established in 24 month with an investment of $600 million. Project establishment should be finished in 24 months and will get started within 6 months when all papers and certificates will be approved.
This project is a national project and therefore will be accompanied by international assistance of western countries.
For its activity ATS UK will receive 1.5% of project's value.
It has been agreed by all sides that ATS will provide all security requirements and consultation for the project for the first 10 years.

ATS signs Letter Of Intent (L.O.I) with Top I Vision Ltd. a developing and manufacturing company of tactical surveillance / observation solutions
A preliminary agreement has been signed between Top I Vision, Ltd. and ATS . Top I Vision, Ltd. Is a private, well established company which develops and manufactures tactical surveillance / observation solutions, such as, tactical UAV’s, tactical aerostat systems (TAS) as well as ground and airborne stabilized payloads for civil or military uses. Top I Vision, Ltd. has patented some of its unique inventions in the field of payloads stabilization and UAV’s airframe architecture. In the agreement signed, ATS and Top I vision will work together to achieve the goals determined in their previous meetings:
  • Establishing an enterprise for promoting and marketing Top I products in The US.
  • Establishing the partnership between ATS and Top I.
  • Developing systems and services in the homeland security field. (*)

a joint enterprise
An LOI has been signed between ATS CEO Mr. Daniel Greenberg and YTS Systems Ltd. CEO Mr. Zachi Choresh. YTS Is a private, well established company engaged in the homeland security field. The company has already implemented exciting autonomic technologies by activating AGV (Unmanned Guided Vehicle). The Company's AGV model has been active for over three years and serves as a patrol unmanned vehicles along dangerous borders. In the agreement signed the two companies has agreed to establish a joint enterprise which will mainly be engaged in: Introducing High Tech products into the security field and developing Autonomic vehicles.(*)

Is today amongst the leading companies in ‎wide-area SCADA, process control and simulation systems in Israel. ‎ Compax Int. Specializes in Water & Waste ‎Water, Oil & Gas and Process applications with projects in North and South America, ‎Europe and the Caspian region. Compax specialize in bringing together advanced communications ‎‎ (data, voice and video), data acquisition and process control along with advanced software ‎tools under one synchronized operation, maximizing efficiency and profit for the customers.

ATS representing IPWG in Jordan and
ATS is an authorized IPWG representative around the world. IPWG International goal is establishing waste to energy plants. In continuation of ATS work for IPWG International in 2005, ATS representatives have been working for the last several months on advancing IPWG's interest in Jordan and a contract for establishing plants in Jordan is expected to be signed in the first quarter 2006.

Automated transportation – ATS new projects for 2006
This year ATS is involved in a relatively new and high potentially area – Automated transportation. The company will be involved in the following:
UAV – Unmanned Aerial Vehicle – ATS is now involved in negotiations with a well established company for exclusiveness US marketing.
AGV – Automated guide Vehicles – The Company has been meeting with two potentially promising Start Up companies for the purpose of developing a prototype and making an offer for an I.D.F tender.
USV – Unmanned Surface Vehicle - The Company is in the process of signing a contract with one of the leading groups in the field in Israel for the purpose of developing a prototype and making an offer for an I.D.F tender.

All the aforementioned have global market potential in the billions of dollars.

ATS Global future business and transactions
As an ATS subsidiary, ATS Global will sign several ATS USA transactions which are going to be under its responsibility from now on, since they are on its geographic side of the globe.
Some of the transactions ATS Global is going to promote are already in advanced stages such as Petroleum – ATS Global will conduct the risk management issue for American and other companies acting in the Middle East, or wishes to do so, in the field of crude oil and its products with productive countries. It will also establish a strategic management center in one of the Parisian Gulf emirates.
ATS Global will promote the business of companies which already have signed agreements with ATS such as IPWG - establishing power plants in the Middle East, Parisian Gulf and in Eastern European companies. All these markets and deals are estimated in hundreds of millions of dollars.
In the next few days ATS Global will sign contracts with several of the world's biggest trade and commodity companies.
ATS will put all its abilities and experience at the disposal of its subsidiary ATS Global in order to execute these projects.

ATS Specialists embarks on global expansion
In order to meet the increasing demand for ATS Risk management services world wide, ATS has been focusing for the last several months on establishment of its services in varied countries.
This week, after negotiating for several months, a letter of intent for the purchasing of a British company engaged in international trade has been agreed on and signed between ATS and the owners of the company.
The company's offices that will be called ATS Global will be stationed in the U.S.A.   The company will be engaged in various areas in Europe, Asia and Africa.
In 10 business days we will announce the address of our new offices in the US and our managers and management teams in order to continue giving our present and future clients the best service possible.

ATS is conducting a business plan for cooperation between two of the worlds leading companies in the field of ballistic armor
For the past two months ATS is conducting an entire business plan between a leading Israeli company in the field of ballistic armor which has international long range contracts and a leading American company in the same field. Two companies have US patents on their name. At this stage of negotiations more details including companies name can not be published

ATS is directing a project in Nigeria for one of her contracted companies in which millions of dollars are involved
A governmental Nigerian company has turned to one of ATS's contracted companies in order to receive technology and services in the field of advanced computerized technology. ATS is now conducting a big risk survey as well as checking out Nigerian company's means. This future cooperation can lead to a project of about 5 million dollars. In several weeks we will be able to provide some further information.
